3. Participation and Prizes

  1. No Guarantee of Winning: While we make a good-faith effort to ensure winners are accurately identified and awarded, there is no guarantee of winning any prize or receiving any benefits. The determination of winners, if any, is solely at our discretion and may be influenced by automated systems or manual review.
  2. AI Limitations and Errors: Our AI agent is an automated system that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated outputs, including but not limited to identifying winners. In the event of an incorrect winner selection or an overlooked correct winner, you agree that Riddle (including its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates) shall not be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from such errors.

Cap on Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIDDLE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
